4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

4.3 Refund Method

5.2 Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note that canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for already paid periods. Refund requests must be submitted separately according to this policy.

5.3 Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, you will retain access to your account and data until the end of your paid period. We recommend exporting your data before the subscription ends. Data may be permanently deleted 30 days after subscription cancellation.

6.1 Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced duplicate charges, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund any verified duplicate payments within 3 business days.

6.2 Service Quality Issues

If you experience persistent service quality issues that prevent you from using BloomEditor effectively, you may be eligible for a refund even outside the standard guarantee period. Such cases require documentation of the issues experienced.

6.3 Enterprise & Custom Plans

Enterprise and custom subscription plans may have different refund terms specified in their individual contracts. Please refer to your specific agreement for detailed refund information.

Discretionary Refunds

We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, even in situations not explicitly covered by this policy.
