A "load" is counted each time a BloomEditor instance is initialized on a page. This includes both page loads and dynamic initialization via JavaScript. We don't count multiple editors on the same page separately - one page load equals one load regardless of how many editors are on the page.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features and we'll prorate the cost. When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes, we offer special discounts for registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team at sales@bloomeditor.com with proof of your status to learn about our discounted rates.

If you exceed your monthly load limit, BloomEditor will continue to work without interruption. We'll notify you and automatically upgrade your plan to the next tier for the remainder of the billing cycle. You'll only pay the prorated difference for the upgrade.

No, all our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel at any time. Yearly billing is available with a 20% discount, but you can still cancel and get a prorated refund for unused months.
